Rejoice with us in the birth of Lily Eden Hayes.

She was born yesterday at 4:27 PM, and was 20 1/2 inches and 8 lb 5 oz, and is healthy and beautiful.

This weekend Grammy and I had our first opportunity to have Amara over for the night!  We had a wonderful time!!

The weekend started with Amara helping Grammy with the freshly picked strawberries.

Amara had to sample the produce for quality.  It appears that she like them!

Then on Saturday – the highlight of my weekend – we got to have our first time out in Grandfather’s boat.

Of course we had to do a little fishing!

We had a most enchanting evening yesterday!  Amy made a 5-course dinner that was a feast to long be remembered!
